Communication is sharing or conveying of information or ideas by using gestures, words, or other symbols. Communication is the exchange and flow of information and ideas from one person to another. It involves a sender transmitting an idea to a receiver. Communication is also understood as the exchanging of understanding.
Effective communication occurs only if the receiver understands the exact information or idea that the sender intended to transmit. Effective communication requires four components interworking perfectly:
1.The individual sending the message must present the message clearly and in detail, and radiate integrity and authenticity;
2.The person receiving the message must decide to listen, ask questions for clarity, and trust the presenter;
3.The delivery method chosen must suit the circumstances and the needs of both the sender and the receiver.…
