If people have not chance to find job in case they are living in small cities or villages, they usually are facing with different social problems, for example they need to live with inadequate benefits, which are not so high as inflation level in Latvia.
Social problems and poverty solutions also can may be different. People should want to solve their problems and find the solution. If people don`t want to solve their problems, then social problems will continue to exist. Of course, some social problems are not dependent of some people, but from the society as a whole. Social problems also can be may be different by countries, where are different society views, so this can be good explain to previous sentence. In different countries exists different society problems solving ways how people are solving them. It`s important to note, that if people would like to solve important social problems, the society should be united. For example, in Latvia united society could create government, if they confirm laws, which can solve the social problems and the poverty. People also should not be afraid to talk about their social problems and ask for help if they have feeling that they need it.
