It is not true when people say that you must learn from somebody’s experience. This is good in theory, but it almost never works in life.

In my opinion, only when making mistakes one can realize how he/she should have acted. A lot of examples can be given as a proof to what has been stated above. Let’s start from the very beginning: even a child once having burnt his finger will not play with fire anymore. Thus, it will be one of the first sad experiences teaching real life. Through experiences like that, child becomes smarter. Indeed, anyone remembers his/her childhood: no matter what parents have told us, we would not believe it until tried ourselves. Let’s take school years. Of course, mistakes in mathematics are not so important in comparison to real life’s, I mean private life and career, but is not it true that when learning, one becomes more intelligent and clever and thus enters the field of competition?!
What is life in general? Constant competition, where one loses and the other one wins. Besides, fortune is changing, and the one who has lost today (because of some mistake) may win tomorrow (if circumstances will be favourable) and vice versa. Today’s rich people may go bankrupt tomorrow and will have to change everything in their lives. But it is equally likely. Since all things in life are relative. Because there is no such a man who would not have made mistakes in his life. Even in his private life. There are also many examples of it: many people, who choose career and not family life (like elderly people as well), often say that you must not get married when you have just finished school and wait until you realize what you want from life and that time is changing and passion and love are temporary and things like that. But who would listen to that? Because one may get married being 18 and live “happily ever after” with his partner, unlike to let’s say his friend, who was not so lucky.
