The title of this essay is ‘‘Should children be whipped?’’ Actually it is rather difficult question, because every person has his own opinion. When I asked this question to some my colleges, they all answered that children should not be whipped. Of course, I agree with them theoretically, but practically it doesn’t work. Why?
