How did you like this book?
I liked this book a lot was interesting to read, especially when you’re bored and it’s a rainy summer day. You can read this whole book in a very short time. There are 251 pages and I think it’s not much for a book.
There, in this book, are two my favorite parts. One of them was when Alicia (Bobby’s friend) found out that Bobbys really invisible. She didn’t know that Bobby’s invisible. She thought that Bobby is normal and visible, because she’s blind and can’t see him. They both were walking and there was a boy, he was kicking along on a little silver scooter, he was about twelwe and he got some control problems with the thing, and he got his head down and he couldn’t really see Bobby and Alicia because his helmet had a visor. So Bobby grabbed Alicia’s arm and pulled her to the right in time to keep her from getting nailed. As Bobby pulled her out of the way, she let go of Bobby’s elbow and put her hand out to catch herself. But the thing is... Bobby was naked. He’s invisible, so it would be strange, if he would wear clothes and it would look like there are flying pants and a shirt on the street. So Alicia realized that he was naked and it really didn’t seem normal. („And I look at her face, and she’s not alright, not at all. There’s a look on her face, a little scared, partly confused, partly something else. Like disgusted. And I know why. Because when I yanked her off balance and she put her hand out, her open hand went up against my rib cage, almost into my left armpit. And she knows what bare skin feels like.”) So Bobby had to explain Alicia why he’s not wearing any clothes and that’s how she found out what a problem Bobby has.
The other my favorite part of this book was the end, as always. Bobby solved his problem and he became visible again, Alicia helped him as much as she could, but when the problem was solved, Alicia was a little bit sad. Not because Bobby’s happy or something like that.…
