Change refers to the process of accomplishing business activities through altering the key components or strategies. This report is about “Change in the use of Technology” based on one of largest sportswear manufacturers in the world, Adidas that has strengthened its position through dealing with changes and serving the highest quality products. To motivate the employees to bring and practice the change in technology, Adidas arranged various noteworthy training sessions, programs, and seminars for clearing the queries of the employees and for making them skilled in technical fields. . The lacking behind growth and development of an organization is resistance to change. Being one of the most renowned brands, Adidas also face some resistances that include internal and external factors.
