Loan agreement

SIA CCCCC, reg. No. CCCCCC, legal address – CCCCCCCC
hereinafter referred to as the “Lender”, as one party, and
SIA CCCCCCC, reg. No. CCCCCC legal address – CCCCCCstreet 11-50, Riga, LV-CCCCCCCC, Latvia,
hereinafter referred to as the “Borrower”, as the other party, and both jointly, hereinafter referred to as “Parties”, enter into this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, on the terms and conditions as follows:

1. SUBJECT-MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Lender grants and the Borrower accepts the loan in the total amount of 30 000 EUR (thirty thousand euro).
1.2. Interest for the utilization of the Loan is determined at the rate of 10% of total amount.
