Agrāk kad mani pārņēma lielāks stress es parasti atpūtināju domas guļot vannā, jo ūdens ir mana stihija. Kā arī gāju skriet vai iepirkties. Bet tagad es pat mazākajam stresam nepievēršu pārlieku uzmanību, ja jūtu, ka man tas parādās, sāku domāt par ko citu vai vienkārši labas domas, un tad pamanu, ka stress ir, kaut kur izgaisis.
Domāju, ka katram cilvēkam ir vairāk vai mazāk kādi izstrādāti savi paņēmieni, kā pašam tikt galā ar stresu, vai nu tā dara tikai stiprie cilvēki?
