I think we can learn a great deal from Holden Caulfield, the protagonist in the novel, "Catcher in the Rye." I think we can learn to see the viewpoints of someone that is similar adolescent stage. It is also, very interesting to see the thoughts of many teenagers, actually written as a book. Also, I think we learn that Holden Caulfield is not really "mad" as he calls himself, but actually very sane and many of his viewpoints are actually very correct.
