After watching a documentary film called „Who Killed the Electrical Car?”, I can share with my impressions about battery electric vehicles. The „birth” of modern electric car was in the middle 1990s in California, built by General Motors and gained big popularity among drivers, because this car did not need fuel, was fast and reduced the city of pollution. It was something new, unseen and different from common fuel cars. But after EV’s were put on sale for mass public, there were doubts if the production of electric car was necessary. The Californian government and members of big oil and auto companies made a decision to eliminate EV’s from General Motors line. There were many EV drivers who tried to save their cars and convince GM members not to crash electric cars.…
