Pēc Molotova - Ribentropa pakta noslēgšanas, kad Krievijas sarkanā armija ienāca Latvijas teritorijā, jau tika izstrādāti cilvēku saraksti, kurus deportēt uz Sibīriju. Tie tika sastādīti ar nolūku atbrīvot Latviju no nevēlamiem iedzīvotājiem, kas varētu apdraudēt PSRS plānus. Aģenti, kuri šos plānus sastādīja gāja uz ielām, kur atrodas daudz ļaudis un novēroja to attieksmi pret PSRS plāniem Baltijas valstīs.…
