At last I can speak about education in Latvia and Great Britain. First fact – tuition fees. In UK you can get good education, but don’t forget about payment. Usually, the money you give for studies is really big money. Of course, there are cheap universities or even free, but believe me, in Latvia you can find great number of free universities and technical secondary schools. But understand me correctly – of course you need to have distinguished knowledge and outstanding marks to acquire knowledge after school for free. Second fact – private schools. As you know, private schools in Latvia are not so popular and usually education isn’t free. In UK independent schools have big popularity. I think it is big plus for them, and minus for us.
