Information and Communication Technology

Information and communication technology (ICT) has changed the lives of almost every person in the world. Once my friend tried to explain for the kids in preschool that some decades ago there were no computers and no mobile phones. A logical and so sincere question followed from some smart boy: “But if they hadn’t computers, how could they use Internet?”
As every thing ICT can be used both for good and questionable purposes. It makes communication faster but then the question arises – who are the people who use it? …
