My Healthy Living

I don’t smoke (actually nobody smokes in our family). This is a very bad habit that alongside with alcohol may cause serious health problems. As I said before, coffee can also be harmful in big quantities.
To sum up, healthy life may seem difficult and full of restrictions. However, as I mentioned in the beginning, health is an important value and we should take proper care of it.
