What is CPU and RAM?
A Central Processing Unit (CPU), or the brain of computer, is an electronic circuity that performs instructions given to it. CPU can perform – arithmetic, controlling, logic and input/output functions if given instructions. Design and form of CPU have changed over time, but the task it does never changed. Elements of a CPU include – ALU, which performs arithmetic and logic functions. CPU is the core of what defines a device, it is the brain. CPU is a chip that sits on motherboard or mainboard, inside the device. CPUs are built by placing transistors onto a single small computer chip. Transistors are the ones who make it possible for calculations to run programs. They convert the zeros or ones into what we see on the screen, writing essays or just simply watching a movie. CPU nowadays are advanced, since the transistors have gotten smaller by size. That results in CPUs speed.
