<Tab/>Trudeau was determined to complete his unfulfilled mandate, to bring home the Constitution, and give Canadians a Charter of Rights, and settle things once and for all with the separatists. He scored on the first two items, but neglecting to get Quebec's signature as he brought the Constitution back, left a divide between Quebec and the rest of Canada for years to come.
