Recovery of Foreign Economy in Latvia

This brings us to conclusion that the most important is not the size of the money amount that is invested directly from abroad, but investors ‘’know-how’’ method, that they attract finances from the local market.
Latvia is one of the most unequal societies among European countries. Social inequality can create a divided society, where the wealthy have more opportunities than the poor. Also there are war between nations- russians and latvians, which divides the country and makes our economy weaker. In my opinion thats is one of the biggest our country’s problem nowadays.
Our politicans used to call Latvian economy ‘’a success story’’ but I would not agree with that. I think we could be if there would be several actions done by government to provide the growth of economy. Our second problem is low life level and poverty. That is also a thing that does not attract foreigners.
As I have heard a very common issue is our laws and regulations. It is very hard to start a business in Latvia. And that is the reason why our development is so slow and problematic.
