Conclusions and recommendations
1. News agencies should think about the design and the layout of their Internet pages and should reduce the amount of commercials. Besides news agencies should think which news articles would the readers consider more important (in this case local news could be suggested). The Internet news agencies superiors should improve the quality of articles and think what obstacles the reader must overcome to get to him urgent and interesting news, for example, flying commercials, too colourful page design or glaring background.
2. The news agencies should think about the way of attracting and maintaining the readers to ensure that in the result of the advertising campaign the reader will return to this news agency not spend most of their time in entertainment portals, like a draugiem.lv, myspace.com.
