Teachers who have known students for a number of years should be able to help other people come to know them, they should also be able to do so in a way that protects both the aspirations and talents of their student
So what can teachers do to ensure that what they have to say about the student is well founded, teachers must be careful in underlining the distinction between indisputable fact and personal opinion, and inviting discussion on how the assessment might be interpreted?
