What do I need to know?
Before a learned starts the course several areas need to be identified to establish whether the learner is suitable for the course or indeed if the course is suitable for the participant.
Age, level of experience, progression, financial situation, location, manual dexterity and number of students in class are the main core of questions that need to be addressed.
These questions arise due to a number of issues, for example; if you have a learner who is considerably older than the rest of the group you would have to question the motivation of this learner and their intended progression route.
