The Future of Quality Management

I was reading this article the other day in The TQM Magazine. And it talks about the future of the quality management. It is based on the survey that was made in Australia to collect the basic information from the quality managers about their roles, responsibilities and requirements for training and development; and how well those requirements matched with their experience.
I think that this article might be interesting because quality management in Latvia is becoming more and more popular. Many people don’t perceive this case serious because for the people who grew up in capitalist system it is hard to change their opinion. Surely it is absolutely necessary if we want to improve our general quality of business activities and to be competitive in the European market.…
