I would like to tell you about a book that shows very well the meaning of life and life itself, its values. This book was written in 1929, was immediately translated into 26 languages and it was already sensational; there were different opinions about it in society. This book by Erich Maria Remarque "All Quiet on the Western Front."
Central to the plot is the everyday life of German young men at the front, their life. They are on the front line, go on the attack, in reconnaissance, then retreat and go to the rear to rest, end up in the hospital, go home and return back to the front. The book is fast moving, so the actions take place one after another, and all of them are difficult to remember, however, this is exactly how war happens.
