Food
Kebab - is cooked on coal and it is grilled meat. Due to religious injunctions, Muslims kebab don`t make from the pork. Despite the fact that Turkey has become popular fast-food companies, turkish people love rich meals at home.
Turkey's main kitchen elements are: meat, eggplants, peppers, onions, garlic, lentils, beans and tomatoes.
During the hot summer Turks prefer light meals, consisting of summer fruits and vegetables.

Ramadan
Ramadan for Muslims is the ninth calendar month which two billion Muslims in the world is very important. During this time, Muslims from sunrise to sunset is forbidden to eat, drink and rejoice. The following fasting Muslims celebrate not only God, but it is also the internal clearance month. End of Ramadan is celebrated for three days.
