Thank you for your letter of March 3, 2006, concerning your complaint about the packaging tour to Italy. We do appreciate hearing from our customers, as their comments are vital for us to continue improving our service.

Please accept our apologies for the confusion over the packaging tour to Italy. You deserve an explanation for what went wrong in our company. We have, after numerous research studies, decided to offer a three star hotel in Italy insted of four.
