Grammar in weblog articles reflects the importance of discourse analysis, as it is often necessary to analyze the use of grammar in computer-mediated discourse in order to gain true understanding of the entire message and its aim. This is not only important for researchers but also for those who read blogs on a regular basis, as analytical language skills raise the overall understanding of the language we use every day.
