Communication Process
The Communication process can be defined as the sending and receiving of information between two people. The key elements of the communication process are illustrated by Schermerhorn, Hunt & Osborn by a model in the text Organizational Behavior. The communication process includes a source, a receiver, a channel, feedback, and noise (Schermerhorn, Hunt & Osborn, 2002, p.191).
