A Permanent Solution to a Reoccurring Nightmare
On September 10, 1999, Governor Paul Cellucci signed legislation to put a stop to dangerous sexual predators, keeping the worst offenders locked up even after they serve their prison time, and also monitoring these criminals for life. However, this is just a temporary fix to the terrifying problem. First-time sex offenders should serve a mandatory sentence of life in prison for the heinous acts they commit.
