After the first visual examination of The Bill of Rights determining and prohibiting basic human rights in United States and Constitution of Latvia it is clear that Latvian Constitution is longer, to be more precise Chapter 8, that deals with basic human rights has 27 paragraphs, whereas The Bill of Rights has only ten Amendments.
