Every citizen in Latvia is affected by the legal ramifications of the CoViD- 19 pandemic. The legal ramifications of CoViD- 19 are wide. Since the WHO gave CoViD-19 the title of a pandemic in March 2020, which means it is no longer a PRC epidemic in the province of Wuhan, it has been present in every country in the world. So the legal ramifications of CoViD-19 are global. Currently the USA has the most cases of the virus disease and is the among the most negatively affected countries of the world. Currently there are 60 potential vaccines, which are going through their testing phases. This is connected to a legal ramification of vaccine distribution among the population of the countries. In Latvia, there are multiple legal ramifications due to the CoViD-19 pandemic. The most unpopular among these is the requirement of wearing a mask in public transport and shops. People, who refuse to wear masks in public transports and stores, explain their refusal by stating that the requirement for wearing masks is an infringement of freedom and the constitution. …
