Almost two centuries have passed since discussion about necessity of universal human rights that would be “accorded to every human being under any circumstances”1 has begun- already in 1815 the United Kingdom pioneered in persuasion to make treaties for enhancing certain rights in slave trade context. However, it took more than a century since then till real international action in creation of sustainable human rights after Second World War. Only after 1945 international society tended to finally focus on protecting human beings from abuses of their rights to live a dignified life. Only then international community started to define human rights more precisely and to create legal instruments for protecting these rights by signing treaties and conventions, writing declarations and charters. Since the aftermath of the Second World War a significant period of time has passed, and new developments in human rights have occurred. But even now, after witnessing events throughout history, that require strong legal establishment of human rights, world has not been able to make them truly universal. Therefore it is necessary to stop and look at this process from aside and ask: Is the development of human rights law reflecting a real political move to protecting human rights across the world?…
