Stock Controller
• Daily Stock Audit – recording all products approaching expiry date and issuing them to the relevant production line, ensuring that line runners are using product in the correct order
• Grade out sheets – scrapping/counting out rejected flowers from IFS
• Daily stock count – counting flowers requested from the planning team
• Stock Transfers – picking flowers from stock and marking them for out load
• Investigating errors between IFS and stock levels in the cold stores and reporting them to the planning/operations teams
• Covering Stock Control Admin when required:
- adjusting stock count into IFS after the night shift’s stock count
- placing M&S, JS final orders on IFS
- sorting all night shift stock level discrepancies within purchase orders
- issuing the night and day shifts’ production for all accounts and closing shop orders
- placing all substitutions from the line runners into shop orders on IFS
- identifying stock shortages and reporting them to the planning team
- investigating differences between the shop and customer orders
- sending emails to the production team regarding substitutions
- liaising with the planning team, the production team, the stock team, and the operations team on a daily basis
• Covering some duties as an Equipment supervisor:
- counting FUST when requested
- booking in proconas and transaquas on to IFS
