Business trip for director of company "Lacoste"

Purpose of Trip
The purpose of this business trip is to report on performance of the brand to the supplier and select new clothing collection for the next season. When reporting on performance of the brand, other topics such as retail industry in Baltics, preferences of consumers in the market and brand perception are also discussed and supplier is both informed and advised.
Additionally, this business must be performed two times in a year, usually in the beginning of a new seasons. For example, as of March 2021, spring-summer 2021 season starts, and supplier is visited in March. Collection for autumn-winter 2022 is selected in March 2021.
Brand’s official supplier is Eren Holding A.S (incorporated company) which is Turkish manufacturer of official Lacoste brand for Eastern Europe, (cis) Commonwealth of independent state Countries and Middle East.
