Latvian Duolingo (Supplemented)

Substitute:
1. We could try to replace the payment method - instead of using your bank account, you could pay using a special Duolingo currency (acorns), which you could obtain by successfully completing various tasks.
2. Alternatively, another language learning platform could be used (e.g. Busuu, Lingvist, Babbell).
3. Notetaking could be allowed during the Duolingo test.
4. Latvian Duolingo could be used as a replacement for an existing language learning platform that provides the opportunity to learn Latvian.
5. If attitude towards the idea of Latvian Duolingo changes, the project will remain unrealised.
