Should supermarkets and restaurants be forced to label unhealthy foods?
To my mind, supermarkets and restaurants should be forced to label unhealthy foods for creating peoples’ awareness about food that they eat. Because some food is high in sodium, saturated fat, and cholesterol, it isn’t something you should eat often. Eating too much over a long period of time can lead to health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity.
How important is diet?
Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health. By taking steps to eat healthy, you'll be on your way to getting the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, active, and strong.
What do you think about the Paralympics?
I think a good thing for disabled people. For instance, it challenged the stereotype that disabled people can’t achieve something. It forced capital cities to think about accessibility issues across the infrastructure, particularly including transport. It also supports disabled peoples’ health in good shape.…
