Managerial jobs differ according to hierarchical level and responsibility areas. Managers work in a complex and dynamic environment, which has significant impact on their organizations. Emphases of managers' jobs on management process in different environment are dissimilarly. They must be able to analyse their organizations' environmental situation and make the right decisions in order to survive. Management is difficult because it involves managing people and environmental uncertainty.
