The above is the principal analysis of management. In general, management 'is the art of getting things done through people' (Stoner, J., Yetton, P., Craig, J. & Johnston, K. 1994, P.6), by engaging in planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Managerial jobs differ according to hierarchical level and responsibility areas. Managers work in a complex and dynamic environment, which has significant impact on their organizations. Emphases of managers' jobs on management process in different environment are dissimilarly. They must be able to analyse their organizations' environmental situation and make the right decisions in order to survive. Management is difficult because it involves managing people and environmental uncertainty.
