A central theme of learning in organisation is that of "learning to learn" and self development through active learning. It can be defined to bring about a permanent change in behaviour. When workers come together they will learn spontaneously and will change their behaviour in a variety of ways. Learning can take place through performance accomplishment, vicarious, experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional arousal.
