KRŪTIS
1. Bench press(spiešana) – 2 warm up sets – tukšs stienis uz 20X, tad uzmet svaru, lai sanāk ap 12-14X (bet tā lai 15. reizi vairs nevarētu bez cheating uztaisīt), tad uz 10X, tad uz 8X un tad uz 6X un uzreiz pēc tam nomet svaru un uztaisi vēl 4-5X, atkal nomet svaru un uztaisi 4-5X. Beigās vēl vienu setu uz 10 X.
2. Incline bench press(slīpā spiešana) – 10X, 8X, 8X
3. Dips (līdztekas) – 10X, 8X, 6X un uzreiz pēc tam nomet svaru un uztaisi vēl 4-5X, atkal nomet svaru un uztaisi 4-5X. Ja līdztekas taisi bez papildus svara, tad vienkārši uztaisi tās 8X, paņem 10 sec pauzi un atkal uztaisi cik vari un pēc tam vēlreiz 10 sec pauze un cik vari – kaut tikai 2 reizes – tāpat tas dos rezultātu ilgtermiņā.…
