In current years, many successful organizations benefit from union-management relations. Trade union in those organizations provides a useful, well-established channel for communication and for the handling of grievance, discipline and safety issues. Meanwhile a long-term partnership has been established between trade union and management because of the ongoing union-management relations. Accordingly, the dual commitment was established between employees, trade union and management. In turn organizations gain greater degree of success with enjoying the true partnerships.

In contemporary organizations, the five key points about application of HRMP are interrelated closely and better support the objectives of the organization. Meanwhile they solved the main management issues. Therefore they make a positive contribution to the organization success.
