2. Tasks and Deliverables
Task 1Maintenance of Web Pages
The vendor must continue to implement updates and changes to the existing web pages. Using the current design, the vendor shall provide BE staff with tools and procedures to facilitate updating existing content and creating new pages (i.e., style sheets) on an on-going bases. However, it will be the vendor's responsibility to convert new content to the appropriate format if no new design or style sheets are required; to post and link new pages; and to properly maintain existing pages when requested and necessary.
Deliverable:Vendor shall update and post new and modified content within two (2) days of submission from BE if no style sheet is available and unless otherwise agreed upon during the definition and design phase. If style sheets exist, the BE will have the complete capability (self sufficiency) to replace the content or information within these sheets.
