Conclusions
The aim of this assignment has been to demonstrate the effective planning and implementation of lessons and to justify the methods and materials used for those lessons. During my time on the Cert Ed course my teaching style and planning methods have changed, hopefully for the better. I am constantly evaluating my lessons and looking for ways to improve both delivery and reception of them. I have progressed from the 'I will teach and you will listen' mentality of the instructors I had at Cosford eighteen years ago towards full inclusivity of the student in the teaching process. I am sure that after this observation and evaluation of my own teaching methods I will improve again. My teaching has been enhanced just by experiencing the varied teaching styles on offer from the other students on this course.
