There are two issues I would like to discuss: first is the concept formation and second is measurement validity.
Concept formation – why does it matter? Does it mean interpretation? Andrej Nosko argues that it is move from particular to universal concept. For Adcock & Collier it is moving from background concept to systematized concept. Does it mean the same?
