APEC is also one of the influential organizations that encourage political and economical links between nations. APEC should try to stop smuggling and pirating because as most people know major exports sometimes get hijacked and pirates are heavily armed and are sophisticated enough to track harmless targets. APEC's richer countries should donate to the poorer ones and strengthen shipping routes. If countries that are developed help enough to poorer countries they might be encouraged to be self-sustaining.
UNDP is the largest part of the UN body. It is mainly known as the United Nations Development Programme. It should encourage development by setting an excellent example by donating billions of dollars and sending specialists into countries reforming them completely. If all the countries are helped all at once there will be too much problems and the UNDP could be in financial ruin. They should at least try to force the nations to donate money because the USA and European countries only offer a fickle amount. Even though the budget is 4 billion USD a year it is incomparable with George W Bush's budget on the war on terrorism.
