Global Environmental Issues Are the Responsibility of Richer Nations, not Poorer Ones

Owing to the fact that polluters who cause climate change are located from pole to pole, some people believe that the ones responsible for global environmental problems are richer nations. I believe that how richer nations pollute nature is more knowable because of media, however, the situation in poorer countries is not talked about.
