Task Three
I plan to do a questionnaire, linked to drug use to Asses how much information teenagers have about drugs. I have chosen drugs as there is a lot of information around regarding drugs, so I should be able to get many facts to include in my questionnaire. I am going to use my questionnaire to identify any areas related to drugs that need to be further addressed in future health campaigns related to drugs. The first thing I am going to do is research drugs on the Internet to find out some facts that I want including in my questionnaire, such as statistics.
I visited, as this is a website aimed at teenagers so I thought I'd get some good facts that teenagers can relate to. Some facts that I found included some slang names for drugs, the effects of drugs, the appearance of drugs, the law on drugs and where the drugs originate. I decided to include some multiple-choice questions, some true or false questions and some open questions in my questionnaire.
Firstly I am going to produce the questionnaire and hand a pilot copy out to 5 of the people in my class. If any problems arise when I give out the pilot copies I will amend my questionnaire. The pilot copy will help me analyse how easy and user friendly my questionnaire is.
