Ergonomically sound furniture is furniture designed especially for the comfort and well being of the person using it. An example of ergonomically sound furniture is an ergonomic chair these chairs are shaped and made especially so that the user sits upright and does not slouch, with a curve in the seat for supporting the lower and upper back therefore making it easier to achieve this. Also you can purchase ergonomically designed offices which serve the same purpose in making the user sit and look correctly in the proper manner in the most comfort possible. Examples of this are: If you are reading and typing something from a sheet then you should always look to you left and have a specially designed clip or smiler holding the sheet in position making it easy for the reader to read without hurting the neck or spine, another example as explained earlier is the ergonomic chair which is designed for comfort and well being. I would recommend that my family should buy some ergonomically sound furniture such as a ergonomic chair, desk, stands for the computer so it is sitting on the right level etc. Although this can be costly, in the long run it is much better and will also improve the posture of the user/users.…
