Limited Freedom of Speech

Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

It is probably no doubt that freedom of speech is the first freedom mentioned in the First Amendment and it is believed that freedom of speech is the hallmarks of the United States. But this freedom is no longer free due to the development of the society.
