oIt helps us to learn where we should excel so internal improvements are made to meet the customers expectations.
oIt shows us how we can continue to improve and create value for our customers.
Due to our customers being our main focus, judgements are worked on around strategy on the company as a whole. Our main challenge over the last 10 years has been how to link Operations and finance.
