As well, unemployment levels maybe are lower than if those people would be here.
We can say that the longer an emigrant stayed in his new country the more unlikely it was that he would later return. There are many people who immigrated in around millennium, obviously, if they did not return until now, they might never return, despite all the policies. Still I think many, think that they will return in retirement time, it is very cruel to say but does this policy really want to foster the kind of re-emigration is return for retirement when the old immigrant has nostalgic memories of the old home, which he wants to see once more?
To sum up, I think the policy generally is not bad but I believe it’s very difficult to really make it work. In the first place, the policy makers should concentrate on other social and economic issues in the country. Still for me, it is also strange, that the country can have the remigration policy, but the people are continuing to leave the country still!
