Six Nations is also considered to be an "Urban Reserve" since the community is within fifty kilometers of a service center and offers a higher quality of life to its residents. Other types of reserves are rural, remote and special access. These reserve differ from each other by way of how secluded they are from other communities. The Special Access Reserve is when the only way into the reserve is by way of plane as this reserve has no year round road to commute to other places.
In conclusion to the Frideres readings, it was upsetting to read about how disadvantaged and below average the native population is (in everything). I believe in the years to come, more Aboriginal people will become stronger and more educated in their culture as well in the Educational system and we will overcome this social pattern of an unsuccessful race in the world.
