However, stress is not an immovable, abstract object, it is an inner reaction. Stress is a response to a situation or new information, it fills the function of interpreting the unknown, so in reality, a simple way to combat stress is, for example, just knowing more. “Meichenbaum (19985) suggest analyzing a stress situation into four phases; preparing for the stressor, confronting and handling the stressor, coping with feelings of being overwhelmed, evaluation of coping efforts” (Jonathan C. Smith, p145). Being aware of thinking patterns, the reasoning for specific emotions having different stress level fluctuation results or the causation of specific answers or reactions of other close people is an effective way.
